“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.”

“My wife and I adopted a dog yesterday and travelled up to pets at home late on yesterday evening, as we were looking around for the essentials we needed to be ready for when our dog arrives, we were unsure of the dog crate we required so asked for some assistance, this is where we met Leah, being from a management background I could tell that she was either relatively new to the job or lacked a little confidence, Leah you needn't of been nervous you answered all of our questions fantastically and even upsold us a few items as we were going around the store, fair play to you, you are a credit to the store and we really appreciated your help, hopefully these reviews are read and recocognised by your management team, these days people are quick to put a bad review on but won't go to the effort to send praise when it's due, so well done Leah and thanks again . My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped.
