"I decided to go there because I wanted to get a new hair style. I saw the great reviews and I felt like it would be a great place to go to. Little did I know I was wrong. My hair got pulled as if she was trying to rip out my hair. After the pain, I realized that my hair looked very nice. Everyone knows the saying "Beauty comes at the prize of pain" but this pain was at a very different level. I would recommend this store for great hair but if you would like your hair to be pulled then this is also a place for you. I am not going here again."

"I visit this salon every few weeks to get my lashes and waxing done, however always get tempted by the new innovative treatments that hidden beauty introduces. I always leave this salon feeling like a new women. But felt really compelled to leave a review following my latest treatment. The owner along with rest of the staff are so friendly and make me feel really comfortable. So i spoke to Natalie about my enlarged facial pores and she recommended a glycol facial. "I was told to pay for my eyelashes due to a miss understanding on groupon which was no problem at all, I was told I could give the groupon to someone else as I paid for it. At first the lady said she could not do my eyelashes but I had an appointment and I explained I needed them done, this resulted in having to pay- as I said earlier which was fine. The customer service and the rudeness from someone whose doing ‘beauty’ on your face was appalling and was not professional at all. You could really tell I was unwelcome, very hostile. When leaving I was reminded on how to give the groupon to someone and to change the date. However they said I had used the voucher and redeemed when I wasn’t even in the country, resulting in me paying twice and also a lie. All of this hassle for my eyelashes to fall out within a week. Do not go there!"
