"Horrific experience! Received a text to confirm appointment and when I showed up the salon was closed. Contacted them several times whilst standing outside the closed salon and no one answered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the next day. I had HD eyebrows and please note I never had a patch test. They never even offered to do this. My eyebrows look awful and I've had a terrible allergic reaction. The reaction is so bad I may have to go to my doctors. They don't speak very good English but despite this they relentlessly tried to sell me products that I didn't need and even the chair I sat on was broken! Really poor experience, they take no responsibility for anything and didn't event apologise. They also decided to change their price at the last minute. Absolute scammers. I wont return."
