"The driver did not know the way to the airport. He was driving super unsteadily and always in the outside fast lane. Other cars cut him off and overtook on the left. At the airport he didn't know where to go, wanted to let me out at the roundabout beforehand. He got lost. I had to tell him the way. In the end he couldn't use the card machine, I couldn't pay with card then and must pay in Euros. He wasn’t able to give me the required receipt. When I asked him, he said that it was his first trip to the airport (or at all). I did not feel safe. The standards and quality for passenger transport should be maintained. am willing to pay more for it. I do not need it cheap"

"Early morning pick up (05:35) for the airport totally smooth. Easy to call office and book. Phone was on night time 'do not disturb' mode but still got a message through alerting me that my lift was there, which was handy."

"I booked patient transport with North West Ambulance service. They used this taxi firm. They kept not turning up and on one occasion left me stranded outside the hospital. It was winter and I didn't have a coat. North West Ambulance service put a note on my account (not Streetcars) so to not use them again. Despite this they booked Streetcars for my journey today to hospital for an MRI scan at 8 40. I was told to be ready two hours before. I phoned the ambulance service who rang the taxi firm to ask where they were. They said they didn't have a driver available. It was now 2 hours past my appointment time. I ended up ringing four times. They then said a driver was en route to my property. No-one showed up so I rang again. The taxi firm lied and said they had been at 8 15 and phoned and banged on the door. No-one had been. If they had the ambulance service would have told me a driver hadn't been dispatched when they rang the taxi firm. I ended up missing my appointment which was important. I have autism and their lying caused me so much distress"
