They took the payment, went silent, then sent it me back saying that unfortunately they were fully booked - two hours after my flight had left the ground! Lucky I was able to sort out alternative transportation. Absolute clown business as far as I'm concerned, I'd sort your website out so you can tell customers you're fully booked the moment they enquire."

"Ordered a taxi for my wheelchair bound, disabled relative an hour in advance. Payment was taken at time of ordering. 5 mins before pick up they cancelled and then said it could take up to 7 days for a refund. Left us marooned away from nursing home. MTS don't care. They should be held accountable for shocking service. Your reply is a different excuse than your cancellation email. You had the addresses at booking. You stated :- Unfortunately we have had to cancel your booking due to a shortage of cars and drivers at that time. Stop lying."
