"This is not my shop but today I witnessed the staff being rude to a lady willing to shop. The staff was closing the door before the closing time and did not allow the lady customer to enter. She was holding a baby and seems to be upset as she could not do her shopping which I understand was a travelling bag. She did not even allow a second for conversation and talked from inside the shop through the glass door she even advised rudely to shop next door for the same item twice the price in the next door shop."
