"Ordered a foot pump via eBay which just over a month old buckled and broke the second time I used it. I contacted tms via email and eBay but the return was declined. I asked why but they (Charlotte) could not give a reason. I’ve asked why not but have had no further replies. Buy cheap buy twice. Very poor customer service."
