“Wow, these guys are the best!!, 10 out of 10 for the work done. The timing chain snapped on my Mini Countryman, had an N47 chain, and after being let down badly by the main dealer, someone recommended these guys to me and I'm so pleased they did. I rang and spoke to Dave and explained the situation, then had the vehicle recovered to them, they kept me updated with pictures and video of the damage and work required, they did all this in less than a week. I drove the vehicle home to North Wales and it drove better than before. REALLY pleased with the work done and will continue to use this firm for further services, well worth the 1hr 30 mins to get to them. “Extremely friendly, trustworthy and helpful service!! Firstly they managed to squeeze my car in at really short notice even though they were very busy that week. They explained thoroughly what the fault with my brakes was when they found it and explained how it could be fixed. They don't patronize women (like a lot of garages do) which was my main concern as never do you feel more of a female than when you have to take your car in to be repaired! They gave prices up front, which were extremely reasonable, and they also went above and beyond to accommodate me being able to collect the car when I couldn't get out of work before the garage shut at 4pm. Fantastic service - I have recommended them to everyone I know and I will definitely use them again.”
