"Very disappointed… 5 items were missing… Called the restaurant and after trying 10 times and finally getting through, the manager was annoyed by us calling instead of apologising and offering us a solution. Luckily we noticed before the driver left and he agreed to go back and collect. When explaining this over the phone, the response is ‘don’t worry, the remainder of the food is still here…’ By the time the food arrives everything is cold… and we’ve eaten the other stuff. EDIT: The driver never came back!! This isn’t what you want when you’re spending over £35 on food. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! I recommended you don’t order from here unless you live close and can collect because they’ve forgotten items in the past and the best you get is a small amount of money back from the app that doesn’t come close to how much was missing…."

"Turned up over an hour after ordering. Was cold and they had just dumped the sauce on the top of the pasta without mixing it all in. Smelled disgusting, completely inedible."

"Order took over an hour and a half, despite saying 20/30 minutes on the site. When it finally arrived it was cold and was missing contents, the fries and doughnuts to be precise. I have tried calling the restaurant 5 times and no answer and it keeps ringing out. Such a shame as the food used to be really good but I won't be ordering again."
