Gourmet Japanese & Bento

"So ordered 40gbp worth of sushi from this place (a 20 pièce PREMIUM sushi platter, dumplings and a side of umaki) and what arrived was barely enough for one person- who are they? Would have spent 12gbp at Itsu with better quality for this amount - completely misleading and disappointing - I wish I could post a picture of the order - honestly absolutely laughable - wanna eat for 2 ? Be prepared to spend 120 at this rate - my advice ? 120 is good at Suchi Samba - amazing quality and experience…but at a barking takeaway on Uber eat store? Naahhh"

"The food took 2.5 hours to arrive. Upon arrival the food was all cold and tasted absolutely horrible. The prawn tempura was so dry and frozen as well as the dumpling and dim-sum. The ramen was cold and had absolutely no flavour. I ordered octopus sashimi and yet didn’t even come. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING OR SPEND YOUR LIFE WAITING."

"I've made the mistake of ordering a few times from this place because the food has been decent but never again. Delivery is often >90 minutes and the contact phone number is often switched off."

"WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD! Made an order just before 9pm and it said the order would take 20-40 minutes to come. At 9.55pm I rang up to check on the status and he tells me one oft he items on my order (vegan option) is out of stock, with such bad attitude! 1. I'm so shocked as to why this didn't get flagged earlier on upon checkout and 2. it took for me to ring 1 hour later to find out the order still hadn't left the premise / that the item was out of stock. His only suggestion was to replace it with a different vegetarian alternative I didn't want which would've taken another 20 minutes on top (would have had dinner at 10.15 which is ridiculous).There was no apology or compensation given he just simply gave bad attitude and said I'll cancel the whole order (which had food for 3 people). So now 3 of us had to go without dinner cos it's too late to cook or order from anywhere else! Suchhhh BAD customer service STAYYYYY AWAYYYYYY!"

"I ordered a duck donburi but received a chicken donburi, the bao buns were hard and had nothing in them except few strips of beef and 1 slice of cucumber no taste at all went in the bin. The yaki soba was way too spicy and the prawns had the shells on it so had to peel each prawn and didn't understand why there was cherry tomatoes. The portion size are extremely small for the price they charge, for the same money you can get wagamamas which is way better and much larger portion. Will never use again extremely disappointed."
