"I have had dinner at Rouge lots of times and every time the meals have been great. The menu is prepared and made by the students at the college. You are served by students who are studying front of house roles overseen by Donna the manager. This being said you must come to the restaurant with an expectation that the students are learning and you should allow a degree of patience as a result. But all in all this place is a little gem and should be busier than it is because it is a great experience that not many people know about. The price is reasonable and good value for money."

"Amazing small restaurant. Everything is made by students and overlooked by teachers. Food is great, but don't expect Gordon Ramsey's fine dining. Very friendly atmosphere and every Thursday they have a special evening, we had Quiz night. Nice, cheap and cosy. They also accept tastecards 241."
