"My wife ordered a meal from Spice Touch online - Menu looks fabulous and we were really looking forward to the meal, until we visited our local restaurant to collect and discovered an issue. In Derbyshire we have a restaurant with the same name. so thought the online order was with our local, only to find that it was accidently ordered and waiting for us a 3 hour drive away at Spice Touch in Romford. She called and spoke to the lovely staff member there, who despite already having made the order offered a full refund. Can't thank them enough, really polite friendly and understanding of our situation. If we're ever in the area, we'll definitely place a legitimate order : ) Thank-you."
