Smokin' Griddle

"Ordered online to collect, was given a time of 45mins. As I sat in my car the server came out with an order and saw me sat, she couldn't see the ppl whose order she had so went back inside. I went to collect at the time given and was told it was another 10mins so I waited inside. Some ppl came in and were given the same bag I had seen the server try and deliver 10 mins earlier. They returned it and the server handed it to me. When I queried how long it had been sat there I was told it had just been made. The chips were stone cold as were the burgers. The manager was called who threw the bag under the counter and turned his back to organise a refund. No apology, no explanation. The cardiff branch clearly can't cope when busy and their front of house needs to leave the attitude at home. Won't be spending my money here again."

"I drove 30 mins just to go to this place and it was well worth it. Staff are friendly and the service is great. The menu is varied and there's a great choice of burgers, sides and shakes. I went for the classic burger doubled up and it was fantastic. Could have been rarer but maybe I should have said. The vanilla and banana milkshakes are great. The fries were on point too. Oh and don't forget to get some of that dunkin cheese!"

"Third order from this place - worst experience ever with takeaway. On my first order the food was great, nothing to say, second order the delivery was delayed by one hour and the food arrived cold. I called the place and I was advised that they don't have enough drivers on that day, I said nothing, I understand this can happen. Third order yesterday, delivery after two hours, considering the fact that the place is 1.4 miles away from my address. The food was honestly inedible, the burger bun was so soggy it melted and stuck on the foil it was wrapped in, the whole state of the burger looked horrible so I was scared to consume, the chips you can imagine how they were after two hours in a paper bag... Called the place, no way to speak to someone, voicemail full. Driver arrived two hours late, no explanation, just dropped the food in my hands and left. No way to contact them to complain or ask for refund. I will never order from this place again and I will tell all my friends about it."

"Best taisted skinny fries in London! Absolutely delicious! Burgers a big and fresh! Highly recommended eat in or delivery. When delivered, still steaming hot. Great for family quick dinner or to pleased guests."
