He made me feel at ease and explained the process so I knew what to expect. It was over in seconds and I couldn’t believe how painless and quick it was. I’ve been using this dentist since I was a baby and I will continue to use it as an adult.”

“Receptionist, Roman, very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Not sure about the dentist I saw. She didn't listen to what I wanted, which was a new denture. I was asked 3 times if I had any underlying medical problems and 3 times I informed them I had been diagnosed with lung cancer. I'm not even sure she could speak Englishi certainly couldn't understand her, although the face masks don't help. Bit disappointed.”

“Really impressed with Bilston Dental Practice, it's a bit out of my way but I decided to go with them because of the good reviews online. Very glad I did, Dr Patel was fantastic with me and helped keep me calm despite my nerves. He took the time to properly look at my teeth, take X-rays and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable. They got me an initial appointment very quickly and I didn't have to wait long for a follow up appointment with a hygienist either. The practice is small but clean and easy to get to as it's a short walk from The Crescent tram stop. The Hygienist and her assistant were also really good, very professional and patient and my teeth look and feel so nice now! Can't recommend them enough, especially if you're nervous like me.”

“I called the practise as a new patient and asked to speak with the practise manager as I am a very nervous patient. I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional and found the practise manager to be very reassuring and had a very good knowledge so was able to put my nerves at ease. I know that I require a good deal of work to be carried out and was given advice by the staff as to what "banding" my treatment was likely to come under on the NHS. I cannot fault the staff for how I was treated, and I am looking forward to starting my treatment with them in the future”

“My dentist at BHANDAL dental surgery in DArlaston,westmidlands is wonderfull person. His name is Mr B selvarji. He greet you with such a warm welcome that you forget the dental pain. He d,nt treat you just as another patient but treat you with respect as human being. Hat off to him. Anxity is biggest problam at dental chair but he make you relex so much that you forget that you are at dental surgery. Hat off to him.true professional! His assistant is also very good and she treat you with respect. I recommend this practise to all my family. But unfortunately they d,nt take on new patient. .”
