Dr Waghela put me completely at ease through the whole process which took about a year all together. I'm over the moon with the results. My teeth look so natural. “I have just had a crown fitted and two white fillings with Dr Patel. It was a long appointment, just under two hours, and I was really nervous. The care and service that I received was outstanding. Dr Patel, Lara and Rose were a great team. They made sure that I was ok every step of the way. I even had a heated lavender eye mask to help me to relax. Also the practice invests in the latest technology which means that they use digital 3d printing, and can create your new tooth there and then. Incredible! So all sorted in one trip. “Fantastic dental practice. Dr Adam is very professional and passionate about his work so it's always a joy to see him and the team. Really happy with the results of my teeth whitening + wire retainer replacement. I cannot fault the service, he is always smiley, friendly and impressively knowledgable. The reception team is still strict with covid-safe procedures to keep everyone safe and calls up day before scheduled appointments as a reminder. Definitely a superior service than some other dental centres I've used in the area; lovely people and quality service with up to date technology.”

Not only did they accommodate him in a few hour's notice, Dr Chauhan and team were so caring and efficient. They did what was necessary to deal with the urgency and advised for the future as he is an overseas patient. “I was referred to the practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. I am generally quite nervous at the dentist, but was particularly nervous about this procedure as the tooth was cracked and I’d convinced myself it was going to be a long and painful process. However, the dentist and the nurse put me at ease, and even when I got upset and panicked they were kind and helpful, helping me calm down. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or silly, and I really appreciated their kindness. I’m now thinking of switching to the practice as my primary dentist if possible as my experience was so positive.”

“Last weekend i had truly terrible wisdom tooth pain. My dentist at sainsburys closed over the pandemic so im no longer registered anywhere. I called 111 for advise and they said i had a severe i infection and gave me advice and dentists to call. I called 7 different local ones she suggested and no one could/would help me as i wasnt permanent, they were full or short staffed. The reception staff here were so kind and i was quickly called back by a lovely lady dentist who helped me and prescribed antibiotics. I collected straight away and was again greated so professionally by reception staff outside. They were very covid safe, polite, reasuring and gave me help when i really needed it, which im very greatful for, thank you.”
