“I can't recommend these enough. The two ladies on the trade counter really know their stuff. Walked in with a upvc door locking unit and one lady recognised it and had got a replacement by the time I walked to the counter. The other lady then advised us to change the front plate instead of cutting the new one down. Honestly we've saved £££ and time from not calling out a locksmith. Very, very happy customers”

“This place is also known as Hips. Went here for a brass doorstop and padlock. The doorstop was fine, but the padlock might be a bit too big. I have been going here for many years, and find them to be better for variety price and value for money when shopping for ironmongery, than B&Q. They don't do late evenings or weekends, but they're likely to have what you want, with friendly service. Stating the obvious, but I'll return.”
