"We’ve been celebrating my mom’s birthday there for the last 8 years but last year the freezer was out and leaking water from the bottom and the ice cream and things melted but they were very apologetic about it and gave me half of my money back, I would like to have it there this August so I’m hoping they replaced the fridge, other then that our family Loves it there and look forward to it every year."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, answers any questions you may help, help you in all ways possible. Everything is stated on the website for rentals, ac or no ac (it gets really hot in there without a good breeze), the number of people you can have, everything is straightforward. They will come and empty out the trash and ask if everything is ok and if you need anything about half way thru your rental, mine was the whole day so that may vary. There are windows that you can open. Two doors, the front doors by the flag pole where you get let in and a back door, which is close to a decent size playground. There are also plenty of picnic tables outside to sit at, and we took some chairs outside and sat outside by the back door, nice breeze there. Their is a fridge, microwave, and stove. A countertop between the kitchenette and hall where you can put food or drinks out. The rental is a decent size, mens bathroom by the entrance and womans by the other door and kitchenette both are private to the rental only, they did not have soap in the dispensers so we went and bought some ( they probably would have brought some when they checked up and did the garbage but i forgot to tell them), forgot it there but the next party would probably need it. They do supply a standing oscillating fan. It was clean, minus the curtains had some type of stains all over a few of them, you can open or close them, if you keep them open you can hide most of the stains. You must be cleaned up and out by the time you're rental agreement says, as should be, we were cleaned up (minus the ice we dropped on the floor, got the ice up but left some water, I had nothing left to clean that up with, sorry, was just water) the guy was there about 15 minutes early to make sure your all set and everything is good. The windows look over the pond, very pretty view. The chairs are not the ones in the pictures on the website, that's what our planner said because her chair covers did not fit, and she had to go get others. All in all, more than enough space for the people allowed. You can also use the driveway to drop off people who are unable to walk the distance from the street parking, you can also unload and load supplies your going to use, you just can not stay parked there. You can also make an appointment to see this ahead of renting it on the website they will give you a number to call and set that up, the park system is very short staffed so you will probably have to leave a message but they do respond back in a timely manner. I had a great time here, although I sweat a LOT and so did everyone else, due to the rental being on the hottest day of the year, but we had the whole park and playground to ourselves probably due to the heat. You can also bring in more fans, we sure did. There are enough outlets to plug things in. I would love to have another party here, recommend it, just not on a hot day. You do have to reserve way ahead of time tho, so you never know what the weather will be. Great staff, great view (windows are old and not clean from the outside weather) and enough room for everyone to sit"

"Lovely place to host an event"

"Had my wedding there last fall and it turned out beautiful. Said our vows right out by the pond and it was gorgeous. It's a park so obviously there were passerbys but they kept to themselves. The inside had big fans to keep the air circulation. There's a fridge in the kitchen area in the Pavillion and the place was very clean and well kept. Definitely would do another event here."
