"First time renting and haven’t encountered a single issue with Dominion Properties. I lost my set of keys awhile back and got locked out of my apartment but they were very fast and easy with the whole process. They do a great job maintaining the complex and keeping everything clean. If a maintenance issue were to arise, they would respond pretty fast."

"For my honest review I am receiving a rent incentive from Dominion Properties. Dominion Properties has treated us well in the 3 years we have been here (and we happily signed on for a 4th). They communicate pretty well via email, the properties themselves are in good condition, and they don't make any egregious rules to live here. Off street parking is available and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the guys are timely, helpful, and easy to talk to. Shout out to the guy who fixed our leaky sink the next day. Overall if you like this area of Milwaukee, I would recommend giving Dominion a shot as your landlord. There is some stuff that is not as great. There was a No Heat or Hot Water issue in Feb of 2023 that was poorly handled and lasted almost a full week. Leaving that aside as a "free pass" issue, the cost of laundry is pretty steep at $2.50 per machine. Dryers can be a little hit and miss so you may need to dry twice. In unit Heat can also be a little challenging. Make sure you have your own space heaters and bundle up in winter. Parking is nice to have, but can be a little expensive at $100/month for off street and $150/month for garage. With all that being said, the good outweighs the bad when it comes to living here and with Dominion as a landlord. I would recommend them should you be looking to move to the area."

"I have lived here for three years and love it. Great location, management is responsive, and the building is cat-friendly! My only complaint was that my rent went up 17% in the first 18 months I lived here, which seemed like a lot. However, it has not gone up since, which I appreciate. Also, they've made multiple updates to the building since I've moved in: brand new windows, additional security (cameras), new mailboxes and mail room security and new intercom system. It's good to see they are investing in the property and not just pocketing the money. Overall, I am happy to call this place home."

"This review is for the 3970 N Oakland Ave business suites. I have only been in the building since November 2023, but am highly enjoying my space. I originally looked at office suites in this building that were bigger than I needed due to low inventory. Upon hearing that these were most definitely out of my budget, Dominion Properties was willing to show me alternative spaces that met my financial and space needs. We were able to negotiate small layout changes (door locations, wall cutouts) and minor upgrades (paint, flooring, ceiling tiles) to my satisfaction. I did "inherit" a private in suite bathroom that was in poor condition (dirty, outdated fixtures), but a little elbow grease has brought it back to life. The only issue I have encountered so far is severely delayed signage. I have been utilizing my office since November, and did not receive signage for my office door until January, which created confusion amongst clients and delivery personnel for myself and my neighbors. I am enjoying included base internet for a small router fee, a very fair rent cost with small common area fee, reliable communication with my rental rep, and included utilities."
