"Very misleading information when it comes to billing. I would never have agreed to the amount that I was charged. I was told it would be a lot less and then I kept getting more bills. Wish I would have just went to Walgreens or Walmart and purchased shoe inserts instead. Would have saved me hundreds. Called several times and they would not help me by removing any of the charges."

"I have had foot and ankle pain for some time, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Basile was nice and explained everything that was going on as well as speculating a plan for future treatment. I had to get cortisone shots and I am happy to say i barely felt the injections, (thank goodness). I also needed an MRI on my right ankle and the ladies working in reception went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr's nurse Dana was also very nice, and explained details as we progressed through the appointment. I know I'm going back for another appointment and I am much more relaxed now that I know what to expect."
