"If no stars could be given, then none would be given, not only is Erie insurance a terrible insurance company, but so is the agent Greg dicello. A claim was filed with our company due to theft, and Greg went giving information he had no clue about, saying there was no way we had that amount of tools owned by the company, then calling other individuals saying false information. Save yourself the time and find a reputable insurance company. My fault for giving him the chance. As we are not the only ones his agency has now screwed."
