"My 4 yr. old cat experienced a bad reaction after administering a medication prescribed by this clinic. He started the meds on Monday and by the weekend, he completely stopped eating and did nothing but sleep. No amount of coaxing could get him to eat anything! Extremely worried, we called an emergency care clinic on Sunday but they said unless his symptoms got severe or worsened to just call his primary vet on Monday. So that's what we did. First thing Monday morning I called, explained the situation and was told.... "No available openings to see him". Then they referred us to other clinics or the emergency care clinic. Are you kidding?!?! Wow... this was the icing on the cake to all the other less than stellar interactions with this hospital. Needless to say, we'll be taking our kitty elsewhere... where there is compassion and top veterinary care. We recommend you do the same."

"I called this vet this afternoon because my original vet was full and I needed emergency treatment for poisoning for my dog. As soon as I called I was immediately put on hold. When I asked if they could help, the woman on the line said "Honestly, did you think this was the emergency vet?" I said "I went on Google and it said you provide emergency services." She said "this is not the emergency location and your pet isn't a patient here." Her tone sounded cold so I got ready to hang up and call another vet, and she said "Wait, I can give you the number for emergency" and while I was waiting, she hung up on me (or maybe the line dropped). I found this experience extremely unhelpful and discouraging while I was panicking over my dog's situation. Hope they can improve accordingly."

"Fantastic People work at this vet hospital! They truly are compassionate & care deeply about providing top notch vet services. Upon my 1st time going due to a pet health emergency, I was very impressed with how helpful and accommodating all the staff was. My dog was treated like he'd been going to these folks for his entire life of vet care. The doctor & technicians were so gentle with my best friend in his time of need. Everyone did their best & showed every bit of love & compassion to my dog. I will definitely recommend this vet hospital to anyone. I am so deeply impressed by the level of care & attention they provided to my dog & me during what ended up being a traumatic pet emergency & loss. I've been using a different vet for many years & recently moved to Middleton a few months ago, due to the nature of the health emergency with my dog I couldn't get to my regular vet soon enough, so I chose Middleton Vet Hospital quickly based on the high star rating & I'm very happy that I did, they were simply amazing. When the time comes that I welcome a new furry friend to the family, I will not hesitate to go back to these wonderful people."
