"The hotel is huge, nice rooms, and clean. But, breakfast costs $15 a person and parking is $10! My event was on campus so the location was far but, in general, the location is safe, there are restaurants near by, and it’s close to the highway."
"I went there for a track conference. Did not stay in the rooms. I thought the rooms were spacious and nice for the conference. The bar area was nice. Staff was helpful. I do have to say I thought the bathrooms were very nice, luxurious would be a good word to describe them."
"I have been working with this Marriott to host some of our company's meetings, so I won't be reviewing anything about a stay and have no real insight on sleeping rooms. I will say that I have always had a wonderfully pleasant experience working with the event staff. Maxwell in particular has been great. He is friendly, professional, super responsive, addresses all of my questions or concerns, and I feel confident my meeting is going to be taken care of. Any catering has always been on point. If we were missing anything we needed in the room, the staff are readily available to get it. Any other interactions I've had with any other staff (front, bar, etc.) has always been pleasant and welcoming. Long and short of it, I'm happy if I know I get to plan something at Madison Marriott West."
