"The Pharmacist, when you actually talk to them are knowledgeable and have corrected doses for us a couple times which is great. However, the techs that help out seem pretty useless when it comes to logic. Two examples: 1. I got a COVID test and gave my insurance, I was charged full price and asked about it, they said I had to order online for pick up for my insurance to cover it (which makes no sense to begin with). So I said, okay take it back then and was told, sorry no returns. Logic would imply letting me know that insurance won't cover it BEFORE you charge me if you "cannot return" the box still in your hands. 2. They offered to email a receipt. We never got the receipt. We called and asked about this and asked them just to print it. They stated they cannot print it, we should just go online and search for it. HOW?! We don't have an online account, which also makes me curious, when they offered to email it, was there even an email on file or are they just being illogical robots following protocols and not using their brains yet again?"
