"Never had a problem here till the person with the long brown hair started working. Every time i’m greeted with an obnoxious hello and if i don’t answer they just keeps getting louder. And over the past 6 times i’ve been here i’ve been told good morning at 3 in the afternoon every time. And I literally sit in the drive through for 10 minutes because they’re running around the like the stores on fire. Very disappointed."
"Sometimes their heavy cream tastes sour. I have them remake when that happens. Other than that, the staff are nice."

"I have never had a problem here, and the food is good. BUT - the girl with the pink hair has NO CLUE what she is doing. Not only did she put whipped cream on my drink, but she took the drink back mixed the whipped cream into the drink... and handed me back a drink that was dripping whipped cream into my car... When I came in to talk to the manager.. the drink was still dripping whipped cream on the counter, and she ran into the back room to hide...It so sad, because I really like this location, but I will not be back on principle. Like who doesn't see a drink is dripping and clean it off first - common sense... you can literally see where the whip cream was mixed in."
