"I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? They'll treat you right. Please keep it up guys! You have a regular in me every time I leave work for a bite to eat on the way home. "
"This location has improved. Everyone is really friendly and seems to take pride in their work, from what I've witnessed. The food comes out quick and consistent. They seem to try new things on the menu. So you won't get bored, while still being able to order old favorites. Now if Taco Bell could just invent a wrapper that doesn't stick to, and rip the bottom off of, every taco..."

"No body at the front counter to take an order. Waited for the drive thru traffic to be cleared. Called to the woman working the drive thru if anyone was here to wait on customers, and absolutely no response!! No eye contact or any communication. Filthy inside, grungy looking employees!!! Glad we didn’t eat here. Disgusting."
