"Online pickup was much more difficult than face to face. The guy at the counter was extremely polite and helpful. He had trouble finding the key for me as it was not where it was supposed to be. He did eventually find it on the wrong hook behind another key with the wrong tag on it."

"I needed a storage unit to help stage a move to a house that was being renovated by my new landlord. We had a previous storage unit with another provider in the area that was full. I mentioned this location and while it was pricier than our other unit, my wife liked that it was climate controlled. A few clicks later, we had a text message on our phone with instructions to access our unit. The next morning we drove over and followed the instructions. Sure enough, a lock was waiting and we were good to go. The unit was clean, and we did fill it for our move. Access hours are quite generous. The facility is well-lit. Most impressive is that we never really had to interact with staff, which was very welcome given the schedule that we had to complete the move. We would choose another storage unit at this facility or another U-Haul should we need one in the future."

"Disappointed that this particular UHual is trying to charge me for damages that were already on the truck. I, 100% did not damage the truck. I will fight this till i get every penny back. This is extremely poor business ethics on your behalf. I am an experienced truck driver. I drive long/large 10 - 20’ trucks quite often for a large off-premise catering company through small streets of downtown Milwaukee and back it up like a pro through small narrow alleyways. I am extremely frustrated that U-Haul is trying to charge me for a damage that was on the corner of the truck. I HIGHLY regret not taking photos of the truck before and after the rental. There was a shorter young lady cleaning out trucks as I was returning it and she told me to leave the keys in the truck because she was cleaning them out and checking them over…. Maybe she hit a corner pulling it back out to park it and didn’t want to say? If you plan to use this truck rental place, take pictures of every single angle before and after your rental!!"

"Well they say a picture is worth a thousand words. But if you need help understanding, this employee would not stay off his phone throughout the entire interaction with me. I would have been a 5 minute process that took about 30 minutes because this employee had some really important texts to attend to. I will never be coming back to this location and will avoid U-haul in general at all costs if these are the types of employees they hire."
