"The chicken pizza was delicious and well prepared. However the boneless wings ended up being soggy and not very good but I don’t think it was the staff’s fault. Overall I was satisfied."

"Order at your own risk from this location. I placed an order for over $100 for a house full of hungry children. Received a text that order would be ready at 6:20pm. I arrive at restaurant and it was closed. After calling the restaurant and getting transferred three times I was informed by a 3rd party order taker that the restaurant is temporarily closed. Didn't even get an apology."

"Would give it zero stars if I could. Don’t order from here. Ordered a pizza at 12 and said it was out for delivery at 12:30 and estimated delivery was 1:00-1:15. Never got it. Called at 1:30 to get an ETA. Said they would arrive in 15 minutes so I waited until 2 to call again and told them to cancel my order. They transferred me to another person who then hung up on me while requesting to cancel my order. Called back and told them to redirect me again. The person then told me it was cancelled. Got the whole conversation recorded in case my bank requires it if the purchase doesn’t get refunded. Really don’t waste your money here."

"Been ordering toppers for years now. Appreciate that they have vegan options, but my most recent experience has me reconsidering ever ordering again I placed a large order for a third shift crew working weekend overtime. Order was placed a few minutes after midnight for a 1am(lunch break) scheduled delivery. By 12:40 the order tracker showed that they had not even started making, let alone baking, or delivering. By 1am the tracker showed the same, attempted to call the "store" and was sent to a call center, they then attempted to redirect me to the actual store which after waiting 20 minutes on hold for no one to answer i had to return to work as break time was over. 2am was the same, no moment on order tracker, called, sat on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. By 3am the store had closed and still no food or communication, yet my card was still charged for the full amount, including delivery fee and driver tip... I went to the website and filled out the "contact us" form to explain the situation, I waited 2 days and did not get a response. Filled out a second form and it's been 24 hours and still no response. As I said I work third shift so I have very little time to contact the store via conventional means and I sure don't have time to sit on hold for an hour hoping that maybe someone will pick up the phone. To call the customer service abysmal might be being generous."
