"HOT MESS EXPRESS over here... I've had a gift card for almost 2 years and can't use it online for payment. I went in last night to order in person to finally get rid of this gift card. The lady says.... pick up or order? I said order and she immediately says oh it's going to be an hour to an hour and a half. We just got a bunch of orders and it's just the two of us. And then walked to the back, not even giving me the chance to decide. She also told me gift cards CAN be used online which is completely false. Their website specifically says that GCs have to be used in person. Needless to say, I didn't get any Little Cesar's last night but I probably avoided food poisoning so it's probably for the best. What a joke of a place."
"Ordered a pepperoni pizza and instead received a pizza with more hairs than pepperoni. Attempted to call and address this issue and a female employee picked up the phone and immediately hung it up 3 times and finally answered and said “no” then hung up. Horrible customer service."
"Ordered online days before child's bday party, got a confirmation email, even called day before to confirm & was told all was good. Day of party, less than 1hr before it was supposed to be delivered I get an email my order was canceled.. was never given a reason & didn't have pizza for the party. Also when trying to call the actual store, it just rings forever, no one answers"
"Tried the new calzony and I thought it was pretty good!! The only local branch. They seem to have trouble keeping staff because the house have been inconsistent and the faces keep changing. Sometimes it's left to one person busting their hump to take care of everything... Good is good but always check your order and call ahead to see if they're really open."
"Placed an order last night online at 6:15, said it would be done at 6:40pm. I arrive at the store and to my surprised it was closed. There were also other customers in front of the store confused because they had ordered online too. Why would you keep the portal open if the store is closed? I want a refund!!! This is ridiculous."
