"I have been training martial art here for around 6 years so I am obviously somewhat biased. However, this place was and is a great way to have your first martial arts experience. We train in a variety of arts, are always looking at new ways to piece them together, and have fun doing it in a welcoming, educational, and hard-working environment. You will be met exactly where you are by the instructors and other students, who all encourage your own personal martial art experience. It's a great place to get a workout while also challenging your mind."
