"That's my first review I went back to see a friend and they got me mistaken with another girl who takes packages and told me I'm allowed in the property no more just because I'm white does not mean I stoled anywho I took pictures outside there's needles his crackheads living in that building and people are selling in that building yes it's a pretty clean place but yeah it's trifling at the same time"

"Awesome remodel. Nice people. Friendly neiborhood, too. Jessica is the best!! The previous 4 sentences or how I felt for the first three months living here. After that, however the entire situation changed. Maintenance man, Jerry, constantly monitors facial recognition cameras, and may be compiling a database of illegally identifying facial and vaccine data, at a profit, or not Is unconstitutional. This private data without tenant,' permission' consent must be returned in full, and in the hallway makes extremely rude and strange comments to guests and residents and overall is a super creepy guy. Employees will constantly try to change the contract, after the fact for parking, air conditioning and other idiotic self-profit schemes to enrich them individually. All with no basis in law. Get everything they say in writing and hold them to it. If you don't like the smell of marijuana don't move in here either. The hallways are constantly filled with it.The residents are great. The employees are awful."
"Personally I think that this place is good place to live. It is in a convenient location, has updated laundry room and the the rent is very reasonable. I've lived here for 2years and never had any bug issues. I will agree to some disturbance in the apartment but I mind my business so I don't have any issue."
