"I will never be coming back my coffee is always made wrong. And I come before they close to buy donuts they legitimately won't sell me any. Instead say we throwing them in the garbage they must not want any money. Always have problems and attitudes. So I will definitely spend my money else where"

"Ordered ahead online, thinking it would be helpful. It was mid-afternoon,so not a rush time. When I got there there was one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. It took a while for the attendant to even ask for my order (assuming he was maybe covering the counter as well) My bacon snack strips were somewhere but he hadn't started my iced coffee order. This was the first time I ever ordered the bacon snack things and they were a greasy pile of various-sized pieces thrown into a sleeve and then in the bag. They were rubbery and greasy to the point where they soaked through the sleeve, the outer bag and stained my car seat. Not edible until they were cooked several more minutes at my home."

"Save your taste buds, money & time. There are NO fresh doughnuts, and NO posted prices. The chocolate croissant shell was darker than terra cotta & horribly hard."

"Terrible service. At first I felt bad for the young staff working there, and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and wonder if there’s more going on in their life. But the poor service seemed intentional. I was ignored as the worker walked by 3 times without saying “Ill be right with you”, the iced coffee tasted like syrup without coffee, and the donut was put in the bag frosting side down without a tissue, and the bag was tossed at me. Not good."

"Just witnessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lady came inside the store & brought back the wrong donuts she received through the drive-thru. She gave the MANAGER THEM BACK. I’m talking the GENERAL MANAGER AS SEEN IN PIC. Then the manager proceeded to put all of them back! So unsanitary! What if the customer grabbed all the donuts and (not saying she would) but “did stuff” to them!!!!!!!???? He then gave her the new, correct ones. Why didn’t his CHEAP A just give her new ones instead of taking the old ones and putting them back? Penny Pincher to the fullest. This owner seems like he is BEYOND cheap. After this incident, I’m dumbfounded. & DISGUSTED. For some reason: I don’t trust foreign owned & operated......... I have my reasons............... Also, they have been advertising the “pull tab coupons” on the large drinks. For awhile now, I’ve been ordering a large just for them. The employees told me the general manager is using old cups first then he’ll bring out the pull tab cups. Isn’t that against company policy? Why are you advertising then? I’m making a complaint to corporate......."
