"Purchased a Shark vacuum, mistake number one. Before using it I found it to be the worst vacuum I ever purchased, mistake number two. I called the 800/855 number was told it was an "exclusive" and couldn't be returned, mistake number three. After using it since I seemed to be stuck with it, I again called about filing a complaint about nothing stating it was an "exclusive". THEN AFTER USING IT, I WAS TOLD THE PREVIOUS CSR WAS WRONG!! It would have been returnable. Mistake number four, I should have DEMANDED a full refund. I won't ever make another substantial purchase from any Kohls."

"I am not happy with Kohls lately because example yesterday I had a 15% coupon that you could only use on-line and a 10 dollar Sephora coupon for $10.00but if you buy on-line you have to pay 8.95 shipping sort of defeats the purpose for giving a coupon. Plus your coupons don't work on most products at kohls anymore. Note you can buy what I needed on Amazon same price and No shipping. Note: people are shopping amazon because above.. I can say positive the associate Bina at check out was extremely warming and charming. and she's the only reason my experience was pleasant and for that I was Thankful"
