Or post something in the online ordering saying online orders won’t be met in time? Waited for 30 min but couldn’t go in myself to shop since you can’t cancel the order…."

"Shout out to new store manager Robert! He rocks! I was frustrated with unfilled shelves on sale items and we had a nice conversation about staff. Now when I go there I see him out on the floor stocking! And if an item isn't out he goes and checks for me and gets it in a fast and efficient manner. On top of that he's super friendly. I hope Kroger is paying him well. You don't want to lose a hard working guy like Robert!"
