"We wanted to buy some Christmas decorations after Christmas and discovered that they had been on sale for 20% off until 12/24 and then back to regular price after that. Asked if they were on sale and when the clerk checked with the manager on duty his response was “They are not on sale. We put them away until next season” Everything was out on shelves and not put away for next year. All Christmas items were 50% off at the Ace in Pewaukee and every place else. Needless to say you lost my business since it was ridiculous to remove the sale after 12/24 and put all of the Christmas items back up to the regular price following Christmas."

"The young lady at the cash register has quite the attitude problem. The gentleman in line is front of me was charged $52 for an item he said was supposed to be $26. The cashier had quite the attitude with him when he questioned the price. Then when I got to her with my items, I too noticed the amount I was charged for my 2 items more than advertised. I pointed that out, she did not offer to check ((the item was at a display in the checkout line). Needless to say, she is not an asset to the store where the help is always friendly and professional. Don't lose customers over a snobby, attitude filled high schooler. To help management narrow down who the problem was, this purchase was at 1:15pm on 04/22/2023."
