"Been here about two months I like it so far. Quit clean people seem friendly the only problem I have is lack of dumpsters my apartment is on the wrong side of the complex .I have to carry my trash a block to get to the dumpster witch would ok for young healthy people but not so much for old disabled ones"
"Nice places to stay but the manager needs to be more fair with people and stop showing you pictures of the apartments when you want to really see the apartment in person before you move in plus I'm sure someone can walk you through to do that because maintenance is always around they've been doing this picture stuff for years it's really not fair even before the pandemic started!"
"Lived there for 3years my neighbors were nice people. The managers and the guys who fixed things were awesome and very nice. After the first fire everyone’s rent went up 25$ one month and 50$ the next. I found out someone was cooking meth upstairs from me (above my bedroom!!!) found a homeless man sleeping in my hallway!!! Plus cops trying to break down a door to get to a child Molester that was hiding out in his girlfriends apartment!!!! Started off $750 for rent, when I left it was going to cost me $975 for a one bedroom."
"I absolutely hate it here. There’s always fires here but thank god it’s right next to the fire station! Carpet is cheap and stains easily. There’s always something breaking and you pay a lot of rent for hardly any space. Wouldn’t recommend."
"I have lived here 2 1/2 years. Staff is very courteous and tends to any issue I may have immediately. I enjoy living here w no worries about my rental unit or vehicle. The underground parking facility is a must. What a great feature living in Wisconsin. I would highly recommend leasing here to anyone"
