"I'd give a zero for service, I called and asked if they allow pets, they said yes, I drive 45 min out of my way to get to the front desk , where they don't allow pets at all!! Why not just say that when I call!"
"The biggest issue with this Inn is that it is right next to a busy road which is quite load, and there are some shady characters around, even potentially staying here too. The first night was passable for close access to Milwaukee but the second night they upcharged more than was necessary. The staff is pretty mid overall, sort of unfriendly in my opinion. The room itself wasn't half bad though. It had everything I needed while I was in town."
"Booked a 2 bed room and got put in a 1 bed room so had to go complain right away. Got put in a room that had leftover popsicles in the little fridge and hair in the sink and toilet. Whomever was in the room behind us kept playing music loud late at night and we were right next to the office. Room key wouldn't work and had to go back to get it redone mid day."
