"I throughly enjoyed the Trotta Apartments. Their apartments are modern and nicely updated with multiple common spaces. The underground parking is clean and very convenient in winters! Maintenance was always very timely and helpful, as was the management office. I would recommend Trotta!"
"A lot of problems. The windows are extremely cheap and not sealed properly so apartments rumbles all day and night due to Parmenter street. The sound meter I ran shows an average bedroom volume of 50db (63db peak) at noon on a weekday. Expect to wear headphones all day and earplugs+white noise all night. Floors are also so thin that people walking in the hallway will cause your entire unit to shake. Garage/Garbage room ventilation is inconsistent in the apartment building, causing entire floors to smell like the garbage room randomly. The electrical wiring is all messed up too. The washer/dryer will trip the breaker constantly mid cycle, requiring you to restart a single load 2 or 3 times."
