"They're fine at the basics, but the minute something goes wrong, they're slow and unresponsive, stringing you along as long as they can. Not getting garbage taken out, leaving a massive leak for a week+ until the hallway carpet is sopping wet. Which is the only thing you need to care about for apartments, really - anyone can cash a check, only good landlords can keep up with maintenance and emergencies."

"So far my experience with Brownridge Terrace has been great! Anytime I have a request or an issue, they are quick to respond and rectify the situation. The complex is very noise conscious at night and lively during the day. The quality of the apartment is exceptional with Granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace. I am very comfortable here. My only complaint is I wish it was a condo so I could purchase it. I honestly cannot thing of a better apartment complex to rent from."

"Brownridge Terrace is awesome! No matter what your age the community is ready to meet and exceed your expectations. I have lived here since it opened and have been completely satisfied with my living experience. The staff are friendly, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the grounds are beautiful. The community manager quickly adopted safety measures during the pandemic to keep us residents safe and healthy and continues to hold virtual events to engage with residents. My apartment is beautifully appointed with up to date appliances and stunning views. I highly recommend living at Brownridge Terrace or any of the Steve Brown Properties in the area."

"We love living here. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. The pool and other common spaces are kept clean, no smelly hallways. We've lived in two different apartments at Brownridge and they were both great. Beautiful hardwood floors, good looking cabinets, no stains in the bathtubs when we moved in. The noise level here is very low, we rarely hear the neighbors. Maintenance is pretty great- they've responded to our requests within an hour or so on several occasions. Overall it's a great place to live and well worth the money."
