“5 star review for Linda. Porirua front desk gets a 0 lol I went to the front desk with the products web link in hand and asked for help locating it. I was sent to the wrong aisle twice. I realised i was not going to get help from the front desk, so i tried to find it on my own. After looking for around 10mins i found Linda working in the aisles. She stopped what she was doing and took me straight to the product i was looking for. It was no where near the place the other 2 sent me. I couldnt find it because it was on the other side of the shop. It was great to meet a staff member that 'knows her stuff', is aware of the products and values the customer. Thank you Linda, I really appreciate your help and professionalism.”

“I was sent on a wild goosechase for my sister after Footlocker either failed to answer their phone or have the ability to check inventory. Arriving at Footlocker Lower Hutt. My expectations weren't overly compelling with stock overflowing and people hanging around, seemingly unattended too. I would soon discover that the staff who were on, were indeed helping others and I merely caught them at a busy time. I was then greeted with Zane, who despite their best efforts, failed to locate me the shoes in their particular store. However, they were only confident in doing anything possible to help me after my ambiguous hunting had already prolonged. While Zane was unable to provide me with an immediate result. They did everything they could to at least securing me a solid lead at another one of their stores. Placing the order aside and just generally being very welcoming and helpful. I hope this review finds him well, if not some form of recognition for their efforts. Thank you so much, Zane. Whether you know it or not. You've truly made my nephews birthday ✌️✌️ For what its worth, my entire rating has been uplifted purely by this man's actions”

“Had awesome experience with the team ay Elite Fitness in Wellington. Told them what I was after and they gave me the right product that suited me. They delivered to my house and set it up on the day and time they said they would. Then I had a couple of technical issues with the home gym that I brought and I rang the team at Elite and they sent their technician out a few days later to fix which he did. Customer service was awesome, delivery of and the actual product was awesome. Definitely going back for some extras soon. Awesome!!”

“Yesterday we received wonderful service. We bought a pair of Leki trekking poles and the young woman matched the price off a NZ website as it was the exact same product. We didn't know this existed and we chuffed at the discount. It was even better than a gold card discount and that was good too. I wish we remembered the young woman's name because she helped us immensely with her advice. We left left the store very happy and posted it on our personal Facebook.Telling friends and family and we will make Torpedo7 our first stop from now on. Once again, thank you.”
