Island Lake County Park is a beautiful tourist attraction located at 1087 Northwest Island Lake Road in Poulsbo, Washington, United States. Managed by the Kitsap County Parks Department, this park offers quality-of-life enhancing opportunities through the management of natural areas and specialized facilities. The park is committed to fostering community stewardship and providing outstanding service to visitors. One of the exciting projects currently underway at the park is the Point No Point Park beach and shoreline repair project. Phase 1 of the project, which included importing sand and rock materials to the north beach, has been completed. Phase 2 aims to further improve the beach and shoreline by adding additional material, planting native vegetation, and rebuilding the rock revetment wall. The park remains partially closed until Phase 2 is complete, but visitors can still access the WDFW parking lot and trailhead.
