"I really don't have words to express how much of an absolute nightmare living at Norland trails was. It had a dramatically negative impact on my life. The townhouses have major construction faults. My neighbor would bang on my walls because it was so loud in her unit when I was quietly walking up my stairs that it would wake her up. I would have to tiptoe. It's something about how they framed them that amplifies every sound it's like living inside of a drum. Then a group of three roomates moved in next to me and I started to understand why she would bang on my walls because I started having to do it to them. The noise was incessant. And incredibly loud. The neighbors THREE HOUSES DOWN would have house parties and I could literally feel my unit shaking from both the music and people banging around. Aside from that I had persistent issues with sewage smell inside the unit and a bunch of other more minor things. Again, absolute nightmare. Nightmare really isn't a strong enough word. I ended up walking away from my lease early without a refund towards the end to get away from it."
