"Went in on 3/6/23 and had already told them my dog had a yeast infection in his ears and just needed to be prescribed what I had been prescribed by my previous vet. But they went right on swabbing his ears and charging me just under $150 (without telling me the cost of testing until I had to pay the bill) to tell me what I already knew. They then proceeded to tell me the cost of the medicine they were going to prescribe my dog was 5 times more than what I previously had. Everyone was nice people and gave helpful responses about further prevention but now I’m out more money than I would be if I had just been prescribed what I had been previously given and my dog doesn’t have the meds due to the ridiculous price. I don’t want to say it was greedy of them but there was no upfront cost transparency. No “hey if we test like this it will cost X amount of dollars”."

"It has been a rough road for my fur baby with asthma. Dr. Lee and EVERYONE at ATCAH have gone above and beyond to make us feel safe and heard. From working to accommodate methods of treatment best fitting my finances, looking for alternative types of medications, to ensuring his visits are comfortable, and even helping us with last minute emergencies, they have been comforting and communicative every step of the way. Beyond grateful for them."

"Dr Lee is an incredibly proficient vet!! My little dog, part chihuahua, is very sensitive to visits to the vet's office. Dr Lee and those who help her know how to relate to their patients. She actually gets down on the floor, gives treats, pets him, speaks to him in such a kind way letting him know he is in good hands. Before Dr Lee, Teddy had to have a muzzle in case he try to bite. He has only bitten two people in all of his 7 years of life, and one was the first Vet he visited at that same clinic. My vote is for Apple Tree Cove to present to all their Vets to take note of her Dr/patient technique, it's perfect. THANK YOU !!!"

"My (large) dog has anxiety issues which can sometimes surface as aggression towards humans and other dogs. This makes vet appointments equally stressful for me. He's my best friend and I want the best care for him - it can just be difficult making a vet decision and for others to see his beautiful and friendly soul upon first meeting. Dr. Lee and her team (we met with Lydia and Emily) were incredible with my dog from the moment we arrived for our first appointment. They clearly understood the best ways to approach his care, answered all of my questions and helped us make a plan going forward that put my mind at ease. With the team's patience and understanding, he was able to get comfortable enough on his first visit to even have his blood drawn. I know he'll continue to become more familiar with the office and staff as our visits continue, but for now am just grateful to have found a team with the expertise, understanding and attitude necessary for providing excellent care to my guy."
