The Point Casino & Hotel

"Went to The Point for their all you can eat fresh Dungeness crab dinner tonight. I even called ahead to ask if the crab was fresh. Was assured yes. Ok. I'm in! Well, it was terrible! First off take a look at the picture. The crab meat was brown, not white. It tasted like it was boiled in a weak Cajun flavored broth. Why? Fresh crab is white, juicy, sweet. It should taste like the Puget Sound, sweet and salty. Mother Nature created the most perfect flavor for crab. Why override nature's gift with excessive seasoning? What were you thinking? On an up note, the asparagus served with it was perfect. Soft with a little resistance And lovely multi colored baby potatoes Again, cooked perfectly. Both were better than the crab. Not worth the $40 bucks."

"We lost but was still fun. Not as big as I thought it would be but his games. We only played slots. You can still smoke in this casino and they do have a non smoking section when you first walk in. Would go again. They are open 24 hours to."

"I have visited most of the casinos in Washington State and The Point is by far my favorite for so many reasons! They always have such a great variety of new machines while still maintaining the older ones as well for us who still enjoy them. They offer various restaurants and dining options including delivery of food and/or drinks straight to you where you are gaming using the slot machine menu which I have not seen anywhere else! If it's late and your still hungry the pizza shop inside is open late and is tasty! Though the hotel rooms are affordable, they still have the comfort, amenities and feel of a room that would be much more expensive (don't get me started on the double shower heads!) The staff in the hotel, cashiers, security guards, players club and even the ones that are constantly sanitizing and cleaning the casino are all so kind, friendly, helpful and always willing to stop to chat if you want but also aware of the gamers who love to not be bothered being discreet and respectful as they clean around them. Now for the MOST important part to most casino patrons. The players clubs perks!! The Point casino by far offers the most and the best benefits to their club members! Free hotel rooms, food vouchers, Freeplay, gift giveaways of quality name brand items are given every week, they also give birthday gifts, ferry fare reimbursement, free shuttles, and so so much more! Long explanation short I love the point and recommend it through and through to everyone who asks which casino is the best. I win the most here, have the best time and feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer and guest by the staff every single time I'm here. "I’m only sharing about our experience at the casino! I haven’t stayed in the hotel yet. It was my first time visiting and playing at this casino and I had nothing but a 10/10 experience. We first walked in this morning and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and gave us dining credits! I loved the overall hospitality and friendliness. We also ended up winning a little bit which was nice ;$) we had just stopped in for a little day trip from Seattle. I will definitely be coming back!!"
