"I’ve had my dog, Barkley, groomed by Missy for a couple years now. He’s a cocker mix. Missy does such a good job every time. The staff there is so helpful when I buy dog food and treats. So glad we have this sweet pet shop locally. Thanks, Missy, for taking such good care of Barkley!"

"We have always taken our dogs here for grooming and nail trims. Our original groomer was so wonderful with our adopted pup who was found roaming the streets in California before we made him a member of our family. He has had difficulties and she was so patient with him. But alas she left. Yesterday he went in and I picked him up and heard he was difficult but I thanked the groomer. When we got home his coat was a mess upon examination. I called and complained. The owner offered for me to bring him back in. I said only if another groomer worked on him. She said she only had the one. I declined. As soon as I hung up with her the groomer called me and told me I had a bad and dangerous dog and he wasn't welcome there anymore. Needless to say I did not take kindly to this and that she said owner knew she was calling. All of her employees have left because of the management I have found out. Stay far away from here. Bad business and customer service for sure."
