The quiet and fenced community also provides assigned parking spaces for residents. To reach our location, simply head south on Pacific Avenue South, turn right on 138th Street South, and then left on 10th Avenue South for 1/10th of a mile. Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent, with a screening fee of $40. Please note that we have a strict no pets policy for new move-ins starting November 1st, 2021 and going forward.
