"I would like to callout the professionalism, competence and high sense of accountability displayed by the doctors and staff at Advanced Dental Care. They are genuinely concerned about your 'Dental' well being rather than up-selling or pushing you to undergo unnecessary treatments. I had been having some trouble with one of my molars - for the past few years- with a crown and the adjacent tooth which I had to take extra care (hygiene) of because it would flare up very easily if neglected. Dr. Rob was insightful in diagnosing that the adjacent tooth had been chipped by a previous dentist (from a different practice) which was causing me trouble in the area. What I specifically appreciated was that though Dr. Rob was initially unsure from the imaging what was up and asked me to keep keep an eye on the area, he came back a couple of days later after thinking about the issue and shared with me the diagnosis of problem and what needs to be done to fix it. Dr. Puneeta performed the necessary fillings with accuracy and I've not had any trouble in the area ever since (about 6 months now). More importantly I can chew without hesitation using both sides of my mouth."

"I can't tell you how unhappy I have been with this practice. On my first visit, Dr. Rob tried repeatedly to try and convince me to get implants done, even when I told him several times that I didn't want to have the conversation then. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and for my next visit, I decided to see Dr. Singh instead. Her manner was much better than Dr. Rob's, but on my next visit after getting a filling, they found that it had already chipped. The filling appointment had been uncomfortable in a different way, in that it took her multiple attempts to do the filling and I still walked out of the office feeling incredibly dissatisfied with the work that had been done. To their credit, they offered to try and fix the filling at no charge, but I was not at all interested in coming back to the office given my negative experiences there. I would rather pay to have another dentist fix the problem. I won't be returning and would not recommend either of the dentists at this office."
