"The worst dental service I have ever received. I've had two visits with them. The first started ok, with friendly staff and doctor. When the doctor himself realized that I had dental insurance through Apple Health his entire demeanor changed. He became curt and refused to do any further work, citing my high blood pressure, which I can understand in non-emergency cases. He told me to return when the blood pressure was under control or if the situation with my tooth deteriorated. I returned when the tooth broke even more, split vertically. One half is super loose, but neither half coming out. I am unable to chew on that side of my mouth. The tooth is causing significant pain and it's broken edges are causing lacerations to my gums and bleeding. To me, this seems like the emergency situation I was told to return for, but I was again refused service by an exceptionally rude pair of receptionist who told me the doctor never said that. I do not recommend."

"I've had two appointments here and so far so good. The first appointment was X-rays and cleaning. The staff were all friendly but there is little to no "small-talk", which I don't mind. The second appointment was for 3 fillings and I was out the door in under 45 minutes. I did have to ask the doctor for a second numbing shot on one of the fillings, which he immediately did. I'm on state insurance and have paid $0 for both appointments. Going to the dentist makes me super anxious, but this was as quick and painless as I could realistically ask for. Found out I need a root canal/crown which is not covered by insurance ($3k out of pocket), but I didn't feel pressured or judged by this team, just informed. There is a sign in the lobby offering gift cards for positive reviews, which feels kind of shady. I don't like Starbucks so rest assured I actually had a good experience here. P.S. Super pleased with the scheduling. I called and was able to get an appointment for one week out. The follow up appointment was also only a week out. This place feels like a unicorn for those of us on state insurance."

"First time patient here and I wish I knew about this clinic earlier. Doctor and staff are very meticulous and took a very good care of me. I came for teeth cleaning and to consult about the partial denture and Dr.Kim was very knowledgeable"

"I never write reviews but I feel like I have to because this dentist is so amazing. I have EXTREME dental anxiety because of past bad experiences with the dentist. I mentioned my anxiety and I’m so glad I did because I was treated so kindly and taken care of so well! Dr. Pierce explained every part of the process and comforted me through the scarier parts, stopping multiple times to be sure to ask if I was doing alright. The little conversations I had with my super sweet hygienist was just the icing on the cake. Never thought I’d say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back and getting the rest of my cavities filled! 10/10 recommend Dr. Pierce! A big thank you to the staff at Everlast!"

"I had a great experience. As someone with dentist anxiety, I found the staff kind, understanding, and skilled. They did not make me feel ashamed or guilt me for the mistakes I've made with my teeth. Dr Hiroko Pfitzner was kind and friendly and did a great job. I will be returning. It is a shame that they incentivize positive reviews...they have no need to and it is the only part of the experience that disappointed me....what a shady practice for no reason."
