"First the receptionist she is amazing and will tell you the real deal and not like most other dentists offices. The dental assistant there both very friendly and knowledgeable in there field of work thank you for that. And last the dentist was real friendly and able to communicate what I needed and when and how etc. I would recommend this place 100% Thanks for the care!"

"My experience with emergency dental was amazing. The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of five star was simply because they didn't take my insurance which most places don't so it's understanding, but it still was kind of disappointing, because in an emergency you want to be able to just go and get it done and not worry if it needs to come out of pocket before the procedure begins that was really the only downfall about this place other than that the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist itself they were all amazing so helpful, made things very easy and quick I had to have a tooth extracted that was infected and it was quite disgusting but the dentist and dental assistant were amazing. They made my anxiety level go from 1000 to 1 and I was quickly in and out within an hour maybe at the most so I suggest this place to anyone that is having a tooth emergency or anything mouth related emergency to head over to emergency dental, Located in Tacoma, Washington"

"I had pain all over my head for the last few days and couldn’t sleep. Sunday morning @ 4am, i was able to book a same day appointment @ 11am. Showed up @ 10am and got me in a chair within 10 minutes. They were able to extract my infected teeth quickly. All the employees were so helpful and made sure every step, every minute that I was comfortable. Picking meds was super easy. They make you go to the most convenient location with the cheapest prices along with a discount card they provided me. Will go to this location again for sure. The dental doctor there got jokes!"

"I came in on New Year's Eve (a Sunday) at night with a failed root canal done elsewhere and was absolutely miserable. The dentist recommended I go to an endodontist to re-do the root canal to save the tooth. But I'm pregnant and was absolutely over it after weeks and weeks of pain that had gotten worse that day. I requested they extract the tooth instead. Although the front desk lady was extremely condescending and snotty and tried to talk me out of it and tried to talk my husband out of letting me get it extracted, the dentist was absolutely amazing. I've never seen a dentist extract a tooth so beautifully, I would have thought she's an oral surgeon. She was respectful of my choice and nicely told me my options to replace the tooth. When she was finished and cleaning me up, I was appalled to hear the front desk lady coming up to the dentist and telling her she was wrong about a different patient and talking down to her. The dentist was very professional and didn't engage in how unprofessional the front desk lady was being but I was SO surprised to hear how disrespectful she was being to a doctor. I didn't deduct a star for the way the front desk woman was acting because the dentist was so incredible, but it is worth noting. And I don't regret the extraction. :) Without insurance it was $95 to examine the one area and then it was $460 to pull the tooth for anyone wondering."

"I brought my 8 year old daughter in to be seen here last night. We had a 7pm appointment. We arrived about 15 minutes early. When we walked in there were 3 people sitting at the desk. They all just stared at us. Once I approached the counter someone finally spoke. I was them asked by the older lady sitting in the middle if I had an appointment. I said yes and gave my daughter's name. She asked about insurance. I told her I believe my daughter has Molina. Her attitude shifted even more. She said with an attitude, we don't accept state insurance. I said okay. I asked about the insurance for the military dependents. She told me she has no way of looking that up. Okay that's fine. She went on to reiterate that they don't accept state, medicare or medicaid. I told her that's fine but why not state that when the appointment was made. It was made over the phone. My sister told the man what sort of insurance we had. I was never even offered to pay out of pocket or to finance. The woman was rude. I said that's okay we'll leave. She starts saying something as we are walking out and shrugs her shoulders. My daughter is 8 and was experiencing extreme pain and was concerned about a tooth being a permanent tooth. There was no compassion at all. What we experienced felt like discrimination. She shouldn't be in the front if she lacks professionalism and compassion."
