"The shop came to me highly recommended by a friend on the east coast who works with Coopers as a wholesale client, so I knew the team would be solid. Scott responded to my question about getting an inspection done on my 25 yr old truck quickly & was able to get me scheduled within the week. He was flexible with drop off & really helpful over the phone & email. The report they sent me within hours of dropping off was very thorough & identified issues other shops hadn't caught. When I called to discuss the report, Donovan was happy to chat with me for over 15 mins to give me details, estimates on work needed, & help prioritize what repairs to do now vs later. He didn't push me to do extra work or stretch beyond my budget which was so refreshing! Can't recommend this shop enough - kind, knowledgeable, & honest folks!"
