"My experience at Subaru was a mixed bag. On the positive side, Colton delivered exceptional customer service, keeping me informed with frequent updates throughout my visit. However, my oil change appointment took an unfortunate turn when some oil spilled over, leaving my car engulfed in a strong chemical smell. Despite Colton's efforts to mitigate the odor with a scent, it failed to mask the unsettling scent of chemicals. As a parent of twins, aged 8 months, I couldn't shake off the discomfort of exposing them to such a potent smell. While I appreciated Colton's efforts, the lingering issue significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the service."
"Took a used vehicle we bought from them in for an oil change. Was quite surprised at how nice they are to use for this. I just wanted a simple oil change. Their price was on par with any other shop I have used. They not only changed oil, the measured the brake pads, tire wear, even checked battery. All were great but I was not expecting that kind of time spend for the price. I will certainly be returning."
